Lambay Small Batch Blend Irish Whiskey is a blend of triple-distilled grain whiskey and single malt, named after the island off the coast of Dublin. Matured in bourbon barrels and finished with a hint of fruit from Cognac casks, it is soft, floral and gently spiced, and works neat, mixed or in cocktails. Spring water from the island's Trinity Well is added at bottling.
Nose: Floral, citrus and lingering spiciness.
Palate: Cracked almonds, pepper, malt and floral notes.
Finish: Spiciness with lingering sweetness.
