Laphroaig 18 Year Old is a bold, rich and deeply layered Islay single malt, matured for 18 years in bourbon casks and bottled at 48% ABV. Soft sweetness and fruit meet the distillery's signature peat in a long, smoky finish.
Nose: Vanilla, soft toffee, gooseberry, baked apple and a hint of cinnamon.
Palate: Oily and full-bodied, with orange and nectarine, fresh mint, heather honey, subtle ginger and iodine-like peat.
Finish: Sweet and rich, long, savoury and smoky.
