Llopart Corpinnat Rosé Brut Reserva, Penedès, Spain, 75cl

Llopart is one of the founding wineries of Corpinnat, the exacting quality collective of Penedès producers making traditional-method sparkling wine from organically farmed, estate-grown fruit. This Rosé Brut Reserva is hand-harvested and aged on its lees for more than 24 months before manual riddling and disgorgement.

Tasting notes
A pale cherry-pink sparkling wine with a bright, attractive colour and a fruity, exuberant aroma of forest fruits and red apple with a hint of balsamic. The palate has good structure, delicate tannins and well-judged acidity that carries through to a prolonged finish.
