Lussa Gin is a small-batch gin from the Isle of Jura, made by three adventurers in Ardlussa. It uses 15 botanicals grown or foraged on the island, including rose petals, lemon thyme, bog myrtle, Scots pine, elderflower and sea lettuce gathered by kayak, for a fresh, zesty and smooth gin.
Nose: Orange blossom and lemon balm, with slightly savoury hints of oat biscuits
Palate: Peppermint and lemongrass, with touches of oily juniper developing
Finish: Fresh and floral, with peppery spice lingering
