Mac-Talla Fogharach Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl

Mac-Talla – Scots Gaelic for "echo" – is the Islay single malt from Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, the team behind Old Perth. Fogharach ("autumnal") is a limited-edition release from the brand's Flavourscapes Series, in which an artist is invited to translate the character of each liquid into a unique visual. Bottled at cask strength of 54.2% ABV with natural colour and no chill-filtration, it is exclusive to the United Kingdom.

True to its "harvest gold" name, the whisky carries warm, fruity autumnal character shaped by gentle Islay peat smoke, layered with sherried baked fruits, toasted almonds and a light dusting of spice.

A vivid, small-batch expression of Islay's smoky heritage, Fogharach rewards those who like their peat balanced by rich, orchard-fruit sweetness.
