Malfy Gin Rosa Pink Grapefruit Gin, 70cl

Malfy Gin is distilled by Torino Distillati on the outskirts of Turin in Piedmont, at a distillery with roots dating to 1906. The range is built around a distinctive method: lemon peel — a blend of Sicilian and Amalfi Coast lemons — is steeped and pressed before being distilled alongside juniper, coriander, cassia, liquorice and citrus peels, giving Malfy expressions a bright, citrus-forward backbone rooted in Italian tradition.

Gin Rosa takes that citrus base and adds tart pink grapefruit and sweet Italian rhubarb, lending the gin both its blush-pink colour and an extra layer of tangy fruit flavour on top of the juniper backbone.

An easy-drinking, refreshing style best served long with tonic and a wedge of pink grapefruit, or shaken into citrus-driven cocktails such as a pink gin sour.
