Mozart Chocolate Coffee Cream Liqueur, 50cl

Mozart Chocolate Coffee Cream Liqueur is an Austrian cream liqueur that adds real coffee to the Mozart chocolate recipe. Bottled at 17% ABV in the brand’s round, foil-wrapped 50cl flask, it combines cocoa, Belgian chocolate and Arabica coffee for a creamy, bittersweet mocha flavour that works as an after-dinner liqueur or as the base for dessert-style cocktails.

About the producer

Mozart Distillerie is based in Salzburg, Austria, and has been making chocolate liqueurs since 1954. The house is known for its cocoa macerates and for its distinctive round, foil-covered bottles. This coffee expression joined the range in 2021 and was the first Mozart liqueur to appear in the brand’s newer packaging.

How it’s made

Mozart starts from a cocoa macerate made with West African Forastero and Trinitario beans, steeped in alcohol for two months in oak barrels, with part of it redistilled. Madagascan Bourbon vanilla is macerated alongside. The liqueur is blended with Belgian chocolate, Arabica coffee and cream.
