North Point Pilot Rum, 70cl

Pilot Rum is a small-batch spirit hand-crafted by North Point Distillery on Scotland's rugged north coast at Crosskirk Bay. Made from sustainable sugar cane and molasses, it is double distilled for refined smoothness, then matured in locally sourced Scotch whisky casks — a fusion of Caribbean rum-making tradition and Highland cask ageing.

The result is a rum with distinctive warmth and a rich, oaky character drawn from its whisky-cask maturation, balanced by the clean, smooth base of its double distillation.
