Old Pulteney 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt from the Pulteney distillery in Wick, on the Caithness coast, known as the Maritime Malt. It is double matured in ex-bourbon American oak and Spanish oak casks and bottled at 46% ABV. Spice and sweetness meet the distillery's signature briny edge.
Nose: Rich dried fruit and honey over creamy vanilla, with chocolate and floral hints.
Palate: Fragrant spices and Christmas cake.
Finish: Toffee and chocolate mingling with sea salt.
