Valdebarón Blanco comes from Bodegas Ondarre, part of the Grupo Olarra family of Rioja producers, and is made from Tempranillo Blanco, the rare white-berried mutation of Rioja's signature red grape. Delicate aromas of white flowers are layered with green apple and pear, leading to a refreshing palate with an elegant, creamy texture balanced by crisp acidity.

The finish is long and mouth-watering, making this an excellent, food-friendly white with more depth than a typical everyday Rioja blanco. Serve chilled as an aperitif or alongside seafood, poultry or creamy pasta dishes.
