Peterson Winery's Mendo Blendo is a distinctive Californian red from the Tollini Vineyard in Redwood Valley, Mendocino County, blending Petite Sirah with Rhône varieties: 50% Petite Sirah, 36% Syrah, 7% Grenache and 7% Carignan. Founded by Fred Peterson in 1987 in Sonoma County's Dry Creek Valley, the winery farms sustainably and takes a "zero manipulation" approach in the cellar.

Full-bodied and complex, the wine shows rich black fruit backed by cocoa, cedar and mocha on a long finish. Pair with grilled or barbecued meats, hard cheeses or hearty stews. Serve at 16–18°C. ABV 14.5%. 75cl bottle.
