Pink Pigeon Single Estate Mauritian Vanilla Spiced Rum, 70cl

Pink Pigeon is a single-estate Mauritian rum distilled from pure sugar cane molasses at the Medine Estate and gently infused with Madagascan vanilla, orange peel and tropical spices. The nose opens thick with vanilla bean before revealing a sweet, honeyed fruitiness underneath, while the palate is sticky and warm with vanilla and nutmeg building into a lingering, tingling finish. The rum is named in tribute to the rare Pink Pigeon, a native Mauritian bird brought back from the brink of extinction, and is bottled with no artificial colouring.
