Planteray Barbados 5 Year Old Grand Reserve Rum is a Barbados rum aged in bourbon barrels before a finishing period in Cognac casks at Cognac Ferrand in France. Sweet and rounded, it offers tropical fruit, vanilla and caramel with a gentle spicy warmth.

• Nose: Caramel and calves leather with cinnamon, dried coconut, vanilla and a hint of dried banana.
• Palate: Sweet entry of molasses and leather, with orange rind, salted butter and allspice.
• Finish: Intensely sweet, with fiery spices emerging on the tail.
