Puerto de Indias Blackberry Gin, 70cl

Puerto de Indias is a family-owned distillery based in Seville, Spain, renowned for reviving the tradition of Sevillian gin-making with a modern, fruit-forward twist. Their Blackberry Gin is crafted by macerating whole blackberries alongside juniper and other classic botanicals, resulting in a striking lilac-hued spirit with a naturally sweet-tart character.

On the nose, expect ripe blackberry and violet aromas layered over a citrus base, while the palate delivers complex notes of wild black fruit, a touch of cinnamon and caramel, all balanced by an underlying juniper backbone. The finish is smooth, fresh and dry, making it an excellent match for a premium tonic and fresh blackberries or a wedge of lime.

Best served in a large balloon glass over plenty of ice – a vibrant, fruit-driven gin that's equally at home in a simple gin and tonic or a fruit-forward cocktail.
