Red Door Highland Gin is a small-batch, handcrafted London Dry style gin distilled at the historic Benromach Distillery in Forres, on the edge of the Scottish Highlands. Distilled through vapour infusion in a dedicated copper pot still nicknamed 'Peggy', Red Door draws its character from a considered blend of eight botanicals inspired by Scotland's mountains, forests and coastline, including juniper, bitter orange, heather and rowanberries.
What sets Red Door apart is sea buckthorn, a tart coastal berry that lends the gin a distinctive, sharp brightness alongside the classic juniper backbone. Bottled at 45% ABV in its signature red bottle, it is equally at home in a simple gin and tonic, a Martini or a Negroni.
Red Door has been recognised at the London Spirits Competition, and is a fitting addition for anyone who enjoys Scottish gins with a genuine sense of place.
