Redbreast 15 Year Old is a richly layered single pot still Irish whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Made from malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled and matured for 15 years in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, it is mellower and deeper than the 12 Year Old, with notes of fruit, spice and toasted wood. Bottled at 46%.
Nose: A complex mix of berries and aromatic oils.
Palate: Full and mellow, with fleshy fruits, toasted oak and spices.
Finish: Long and elegant.
