Ron Colón Salvadoreño Coffee Infused Rum

Ron Colón Salvadoreño Coffee Infused Rum is a blend of aged Salvadoran and Jamaican rums, cold-infused with single-estate bourbon coffee beans grown near El Salvador's Santa Ana volcano. The beans are left to steep with the rum for an extended cold infusion, allowing the fruit-forward character of the base spirit to come through alongside genuine roasted coffee character rather than a sweetened, artificial coffee flavouring.

On the nose expect toasted brown sugar and ripe tropical fruit, with the palate bringing through espresso, milk chocolate, banana and a touch of vanilla and walnut, finishing smooth and rounded. Bottled at 40.5% ABV, it is versatile enough to sip neat or over ice, and makes an excellent espresso martini base.

Produced in El Salvador by Ron Colón Salvadoreño, a family-run distillery known for using genuine estate-grown coffee in its infused rum range rather than flavouring extracts.
