Sacchetto's Pinot Grigio Blush is crafted from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in hillside vineyards near Trieste in Italy's Veneto region, gently pressed to draw out a delicate "ballet slipper" pink hue with crystalline clarity.

The nose is lively, with fresh red berries and soft floral notes mingling with crisp orchard fruit. On the palate, red berry flavours meet touches of stone fruit in a light, juicy and vibrant style, finished with a subtle off-dry character and a mineral edge.

A versatile rosé, ideal as an aperitif, with fresh salads, or alongside seafood for al fresco dining.
