Part liqueur, part conversation piece, Sheridan's is instantly recognisable for its twin-chambered bottle — two separate glass compartments fused together, one holding a dark coffee liqueur and the other a white vanilla cream.
The coffee side delivers roasted coffee, dark chocolate and cocoa notes, while the cream side brings sweet vanilla, caramel and white chocolate richness; poured together they combine into something reminiscent of a classic Irish coffee, with a smooth, dessert-like finish. Pour equal measures from each chamber into a glass to create the signature layered effect, serve over ice, or stir into hot coffee for an indulgent twist.
Sheridan's was launched in 1994, developed in Dublin as an inventive addition to Ireland's cream liqueur category. Produced in the Republic of Ireland at 15.5% ABV, its playful dual-liqueur format remains its defining feature to this day.
