Shetland Reel Ocean Sent Gin, 70cl

Shetland Reel Ocean Sent Gin is crafted by the Saxa Vord Distillery on Unst, Britain's most northerly inhabited island, using hand-harvested bladderwrack seaweed gathered from Shetland's own coastline. Distilled at 49% ABV alongside classic juniper, coriander, lemon peel and orange peel, it delivers a traditional London Dry character with a distinctive salty, maritime twist.

Expect a nose of juniper with subtle hints of salt and spice, a warming palate balanced by the seaweed's savoury depth, and a long finish reminiscent of crashing Atlantic waves. Best enjoyed with a premium tonic, a wedge of pink grapefruit and a sprig of mint.
