Silent Pool Gin, 70cl

Silent Pool Gin is distilled at Silent Pool Distillers in the Surrey Hills, England, founded in 2013 after co-founder Ian McCulloch discovered the secluded, spring-fed Silent Pool near his home and built the distillery beside it. The gin is distilled from grain using water drawn near the pool itself, with 24 carefully selected botanicals.

Full-bodied and fresh, it is unmistakably juniper-driven, layered with floral notes of lavender and chamomile, bright citrus, and a honeyed undertone that gives real depth and roundness on the palate.
