Just four botanicals, Tuscan juniper, coriander, angelica and liquorice, are perfectly balanced to give a phenomenally fruity, spicy palate with big zesty, citrusy top notes. Bottled at 41.3% ABV, it is a classic choice for a Gin & Tonic, Tom Collins or Martini.
Expect an aromatic nose of cedar, juniper oil and subtle citrus zest, a palate of prominent juniper with spicy orange and lemon peel and a hint of aniseed, and a long, full-bodied finish dominated by juniper.
