Tayport Distillery Madagascan Vanilla Vodka

Tayport Distillery, a family-run producer based on the Fife coast in Scotland, combines its award-winning malt barley vodka with genuine Madagascan vanilla. The vanilla is sourced from a Fairtrade- and UK-Organic-certified supplier with full traceability back to the growers, and it's blended into the base spirit to create a naturally sweet, well-rounded flavoured vodka.

The nose is soft and inviting, with a delicate, warm vanilla aroma. On the palate it's smooth with a velvety texture, carrying subtle creamy undertones and balanced vanilla sweetness that never tips into artificial territory. The finish is clean and lingering. It's best served neat over ice, with lime and soda, or as the base of an espresso martini.
