The Dalmore 18 Year Old is the flagship expression of the distillery's Principal Collection, marrying the house's signature ex-bourbon maturation with a finishing period in 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts from González Byass. Distilled on the shores of the Cromarty Firth in the Highlands, this bottling represents the Master Whisky Maker's evolution of The Dalmore's rich, decadent house style.

Bottled at 43% ABV and presented in the distillery's iconic stag-emblazoned bottle, the 18 Year Old builds bolder, deeper flavours than the younger expressions in the range, rewarding those who favour weight and intensity in their whisky.

• Nose: Vanilla, dark chocolate, English marmalade and sweet liquorice.
• Palate: Chocolate-covered raisins, citrus fruits, rich coffee, nutmeg and warming spice.
